I read a study about fasting and how it’s very good for your health as well as your stomach to let it rest for one day once in a while, preferably once a week. So I decided to start fasting one day a week, a day where I’d stick to drinking only green tea and lemon water and only eat fruits, so it’s not a killer fast.
My first day started off very well, I stuck to green tea, lemon-water and a few fruits.. I have absolutely no discipline whatsoever when it comes to eating, or rather NOT eating so I was very proud of myself for sticking to it all day. Then it happened, my brother comes home and ruins my healthy life (as always). He stepped through the door and shouted “Tora, what’s your favourite cake in the whole wide wooorld?” CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITH EVERYTHING CHOCOLATE! And that was the end of my fasting fantastic.
Though I will not take responsability for my fasting failure.. I blame it all on Axel, everytime I tell him that now is the start of my new healthy life (I know, we’ve all heard that many times coming from me but still) he brings home two of the biggest size of my favourite chocolate.. and then I fail, yet again.

Oh well, you could also say that the fasting before the cake made sure you didn’t eat TOO much that day :D #ThinkingPositive :P
Haha I love that idea, great thought! And seeing how all I ate that day was just a lot of cake.. it makes up for all those other calories I didn’t eat:)
