I’m a sucker for sweet things, I try to be healthy but it’s just so damn difficult.
A friend told me about this dessert. She lost a lot of weight and managed to keep it, now she looks great and super healthy. It’s impossible to never let yourself indulge in chocolaty pleasures but with this you don’t even need to feel guilty.
This is how you make this delicious chocolate mousse: melt dark chocolate (70%). When chococlate is meltet add full fat Greek yoghurt and stir until it’s mixed even. Pour in a dessert cup or bowl, put in fridge for a few hours et voilà!
Studies prove that dark chocolate over 70% is healthy for you and a weekly intake of 60g of it decreases the risk of heart attack and other heart diseases by 17%. Greek yoghurt is twice as rich of protein than normal plain yoghurt so this dessert doesn’t have to make you feel bad at all and it’s super delicious!
This is when I have just poured the chocolate mousse into the small glasses. After a few hours in the frigde it get’s a little firmer and harder!
