Tuna salad

I slept at Andrea’s place. Woke up this morning and went to my doctor’s appointment, then to the gym. Got home showered and had a delicious tuna salad for lunch. Now I’m heading out to meet Nicole and later I’m meeting Kelly for a powerwalk around Djurgården!

Getting there

I went to the gym Tuesday and worked out  my legs and ass. The next three days after that I couldn’t walk straight! I went to the gym Friday after work again, still in pain, and ended up at an aerobic class with a very happy and energetic gay guy as an instructor – it was fun and my legs felt much better in after that. Saturday morning I woke up and went to the gym again..progress right?

I am so proud of myself, you who has followed me for a while KNOW how much I’ve always said I’d be healthy and work out but I never got there haha. Well, now I did!

Oh, what we do for beauty

Many have tried it and I’ve seen great results so I decided to join in on the road to beautiful, thick and strong hair. The oil is very thick and quite difficult to get into your hair but I’m hoping it will do wonders..time will tell.

Haha Swedish readers might see that this oil is actually for stomach problems (?!) but for some reason someone tried it in their hair and it made it grow fast and strong so now everyone has started to buy this to put it in their hair, a bit sick maybe but if it works I wanna try it too haha!

Healthy Snack for Healthy Tora

So, seeing how I’ve started my new fabulous lifestyle of being healthy I have to stop my candy eating. Oh my God, just writing that gave me the worst cravings. Haha.

Ok, so this is obviously going to be tough. Anyhow, I felt like eating something and this is the time I usually go down and buy candy (we have to stop using that word). Instead I cut some carrrots and mushrooms, dip them in soya sauce and voilà! A healthy snack.

AromaLuxe

I’m getting many questions about how I care for my skin. My mother makes products such as: facial creme, lip balm, whipped body butter, clay masks, peelings, body milk…and the list goes on. Her brand is called AromaLuxe and I ONLY use her products. She creates my products especially for my skin type, how my life style is and what I like/need. I have tried other skin products, both very expensive but also normally priced and no matter what I try it ruins my skin. The only products I know do good and that I can trust are my mom’s so that’s my little secret for my flawless skin :P (the labels and the packaging are made for my private use and are therefor not with a correct label nor packaging)

So this is my every day use of facial products; every day night and day creme, whipped bodybutter (FAVOURITE), clay mask (use every now and then) and the lip balm which is fantastic for the lips.

House of Shapes Event

Yesterday I was invited to an event at House of Shapes, created and driven by two members of the dance group Bounce (legendary group). I brought Yana, we’re both former dancers so I thought we’d have a good time. We had a feminine vibe dance class and then ate all together while talking to Benke and Jennie. I wore clothes from Rönisch - love the clothes, so comfortable I want to wear it every day! Big thanks to Rönisch!

A proper lunch

This morning I went to our apartment in the Old City (Gamla Stan) to meet with the locksmith, he changed the locks so now that matter is out of the way. I’m off today so I thought I’d take care of all those errands I can’t make time for while working. I’m also going to the shoemaker to pick up some shoes I left there to get fixed.

I never spend time cooking proper, advanced meals – I make the easiest and fastest possible. BUT today I actually spent time cooking.

I made owenbaked fresh salmon with crème fraiche, onion, paprika and herbs. (I got this recipe from Schpoon-Jenny but she does it with sundried tomoatoes and olives as well.) With that I made a salad of beetroots and brie. YUM.

Impressed with myself that I actually had the patience to cook something proper.

I hope I can inspire

I LOVE soup and I LOVE spinach so spinach soup ought to be the ideal meal for me. Spinach soup with boiled eggs and a cheese sandwich – YUM! I’m going to go all in on healthy food from now on, I’m done with all the shit I stuff my face with every single day, enough is enough:) And I do hope I’ll even inspire some of you to do the same. Life is short so why ruin our bodies, why not work out and eat healthy.. it’s not rocket science. :P
