This morning I went to our apartment in the Old City (Gamla Stan) to meet with the locksmith, he changed the locks so now that matter is out of the way. I’m off today so I thought I’d take care of all those errands I can’t make time for while working. I’m also going to the shoemaker to pick up some shoes I left there to get fixed.
I never spend time cooking proper, advanced meals – I make the easiest and fastest possible. BUT today I actually spent time cooking.
I made owenbaked fresh salmon with crème fraiche, onion, paprika and herbs. (I got this recipe from Schpoon-Jenny but she does it with sundried tomoatoes and olives as well.) With that I made a salad of beetroots and brie. YUM.
Impressed with myself that I actually had the patience to cook something proper.
